Novotel Milton Keynes

It was amazing.. I liked everything. The pool was the best part, clean, quiet and great for the kids. Got given towels on arrival to the pool.. free lockers. Didn't try the sauna as I had children with me but it looked great. We didn't see the gym but definitely will check it out next time. The whole place was really clean, and great service at reception. Room was spacious and bed soo comfy. I loved that the toilet was separate to the bath and sink.. the bath had a shower in it too, with a little seat in it, and great shower curtain. It was just really really good. Beds for the kids were set out already.. we took a firestick to use on the TV, and Internet was free so we had a movie night. Already planning our next stay as we only did one night, so didn't get to try out the restaurant or see the whole hotel. But we have left feeling nothing but positive thoughts about this hotel. So glad I found it and was cheaper than all the surrounding places AND it had a pool!!

Don't let one negative review put you off! The customer service is amazing! All very polite and courteous. The location is a very easy drive. I am a frequent traveller so I can easily compare hotels everywhere! With this price, it's an absolute bargain. They have swimming pool, sauna, and a gym! They even have a small playroom in the corner near the reception. This hotel is very much ideal for family- also for business travel. Parking is free too! I am over the moon with this hotel as they tick all the boxes. The main bonus for us as a family was we were able to bring our Ragdoll Cat! I will definitely come again! xx

Room was good but a little more space for three people would have been appreciated. Ample for two guests. room facilities were good. When staying at hotels we often have to ask for additional pillows but we had plenty at Novotel. Decor could be better,a little bland. Breakfast was enjoyable, plenty of choice, good quality and the buffet style suited us, liked the pancake making machine. The swimming pool and gym were a welcome facility. Enjoyed some time using them. Free parking on site very welcome.

The staff was very lovely in the evening Unfortunately, having swimming pool facilities there was no bathrobe, and no one warned lockers requiring £1 coin. So end up with the locker open, also would be handy to have signs to locate the toilet, as end up going through numerous doors Massive plus for a really clean swimming pool and sauna In general, the room was very clean and cosy... bed was comfortable
